Returns Policy
Ordering isn't open yet. You can browse the Apex Cosmetics store, but orders can't be placed at the moment.

Returns
We accept returns of unopened products within 15 days of delivery.
To start a return, email support@apex-peptides.com with your order number. Please wait for our return instructions before sending anything back.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, contact us at support@apex-peptides.com with your order number. We review these for a replacement or refund. They are handled separately from ordinary returns, whether or not the product has been opened.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order until it has been processed. Email us with your order number as soon as possible.
