Shipping
Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?
We ship within the United States via UPS. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order’s weight and box size.
When will my order ship?
Ordering isn't open yet. Once it opens, orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time, Monday–Friday, will ship the same day, and every order will ship with a UPS tracking number. The ship date is not a delivery date.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can request a return of unopened products within 15 days of delivery. Email support@apex-peptides.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return, and we'll confirm whether they're eligible and send return instructions. Please don't send anything back before we reply.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
Email support@apex-peptides.com with your order number and photos. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are handled separately from ordinary returns.

Orders
Can I place an order now?
Not yet. The store is open for browsing while we finish getting ready. You'll be able to order here once ordering opens.
How do I check my order status?
Once ordering opens: if you order while signed in to your account, your orders are listed there, with a Track shipment link once an order ships. For a guest order, email support@apex-peptides.com with your order number and we'll send you its tracking details. Emailed order links and tracking emails aren't available yet.
